Your order number is listed in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. You’ll need this number when requesting a repair or a return. Please keep the email you received when you placed your order.

Usually, we ship within 1–2 business days after receiving your order. Please use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to check delivery status. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us here.(link to contact us page)

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If you discover an initial defect after opening the package and before use, please contact our customer service to arrange a return.

Warranty Policy
