episou Return & Exchange Policy 

 

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the following policy carefully before applying for a return or exchange.

 

Conditions for Return or Exchange (Within 14 Days of Delivery)

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

1.    Unused and with no signs of wear

No wear on wheels

No scratches or stains on the shell

No signs of packing or use inside the suitcase

2.    Protective films and labels must remain intact

Outer protective film not removed

Brand labels and barcodes must be present

3.    All accessories included and packaging intact

Dust bag, manuals, tags, and all accessories must be kept

Original packaging box must be intact and returned in the original shipping method

4.    Proof of purchase required

Order number / receipt / platform purchase record

 

If any of the above conditions are not met, the return or exchange cannot be processed.

 

Situations Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

1.    Used items, or items showing signs of wear or stains

2.    Scratches or appearance damage caused by impact

3.    Removed protective film, missing original packaging, or missing accessories

4.    Personalized or custom-engraved products

5.    Promotional or free gift items

6.    Damage caused by the shipping carrier

 

Return & Exchange Process

1.    Contact official customer service to submit your request

2.    Customer service will review and provide the return address

3.    Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed

 

Return shipping costs will be temporarily covered by us.

 

Handling of Shipping Damage

 

If your suitcase is damaged during delivery:

 

 Keep the outer box, inner packaging, and photos of the damage

Report the issue to the platform or logistics company within 24 hours of receiving the item

 Also contact our after-sales team, and we will assist you in handling the case
